EAS hereby declares to comply with the requirements of ISO 17021 and ensure impartiality for all its personnel related to the certification activities of Management Systems from time to time.
EAS understands the importance of impartiality in carrying out its management system certification activities manages conflict of interest and ensures the objectivity of its management system certification activities, including decision making.
EAS has identified, analyzed and documented the possibilities for conflict of interests arising from provision of certification including any conflicts arising from its relationships.
EAS auditors are trained to add value to their auditing activity with the sole aim of increasing the effectiveness of Client Company’s Management System which in turn leads to total satisfaction of final customer in compliance with the Standards Requirement.
The Transparency, confidentiality, independence and impartiality of the certification activities by and on behalf of EAS shall not be affected by the activities of the certified clients or any personal related to.
